Mary L. Erlain’s career began in 1979, and she spent over two decades working in family and clinical medicine. Her passion was providing compassionate care, and she deeply understood the impact of illness on patients and their families. In 2001, Mary transitioned to a new sales training and development path.
In 2007, Mary founded Peak Development Strategies, with a clear mission: “Connecting the dots and removing barriers!”™ As a published author, international speaker, professional trainer, coach, and facilitator, she is dedicated to providing business professionals with the development tools they need to excel in their roles. Her expertise includes leadership and management skills, succession planning, strategic business planning, sales coaching, and recruitment.
Mary has successfully mentored and trained countless business owners, managers, and salespeople, helping them reach new levels of success. She believes the key to revitalizing any organization is creating a personalized plan strong enough to address and overcome challenges. With honesty, encouragement, and insightful guidance, Mary tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and business.

In addition to her role at Peak Development Strategies, Mary leads Entrepreneur Groups, peer support forums where business owners can share insights, build alliances, and address the challenges of entrepreneurship in a confidential environment. Each group also includes a monthly hour of one-to-one coaching outside of the group meetings.
Mary’s personal and professional mission is to help others discover their God-given talents and potential.
