In education, online learning platforms and digital resources are commonplace for both groups, though Gen Z may be more inclined towards interactive and gamified learning experiences. In the workplace, Millennials have driven the adoption of collaborative tools and remote work solutions, while Gen Z expects seamless integration of technology into their professional lives, prioritizing digital communication and flexible work arrangements. Social media plays a pivotal role for both, but with differing nuances.
