Zoomers would prefer communicating with co-workers and managers in person rather than by email or phone. This in-person meeting may be via a digital platform such as Zoom or FaceTime. They will embrace the technology of Web 3.0, where virtual reality puts you in the same “room” with them. It would be well worth the effort to learn about Web 3.0.
“Millennials and Boomers want to be able to use any technology tool to enable every aspect of their lives, from work to personal, scheduling, and planning social events. “This is a good place where a cross-mentoring relationship would be beneficial. The complexity and variety of communication means are mind-boggling. Previous generations could learn much from Zoomers, as they can be quite agile and knowledgeable in this area.
