Traditionalists are valued members in our workforce

This generation brings a strong work ethic as they have grown up in the leanest of times and consider work a necessity as well as a privilege. They have earned their own way through their hard work. They are willing to put in long hours because of their loyalty. They are unique in that they often work for the same employer for their entire career.

They respect authority and don’t tend to upset the apple cart. They will work well in teams of people who appreciate their effort and contribution. As leaders/owners the Traditionalists are fiscally conservative and are not very risk tolerant. They will possess a more of command and control style of leadership. Our Traditionalists have faced the toughest of times and have much to share with the generations. Providing them the opportunity to hand down this experience and knowledge in the work environment can have a lasting impact.
