I want to wish each and everyone of you a Happy Holiday season. Please take some time to look back on your year both personally and professionally. At PDS, we have face much change and loss this year. I personally lost a 54 year old brother-in-law, my mother-in-law to Alzheimer’s and the most devastating loss of my grandson’s father who was just 32 years old….leaving my daughter a truly single mother.

This has caused me to sit back and reflect on what IS most important. I have seen a growth in my business as well as some variations in my model. I published a book, wrote another (due out soon at Amazon.com) and have added new peer-to-peer support groups as well as a significant growth in the PNG (https://www.peak-ds.com/services/peak-networking-group-png/). In the face of the business growth and expansion, I have made a commitment to take care of ME. After all, I have the initials M.E.!

As you reflect on your year, look for the places to celebrate success (which may be hidden in an adversity right now). Take note of where you are practicing the insanity and not reaching for help.

And above all else, hold on to those closest to you, a lesson for me this year is we never know how long we will have them in our lives.
