Microsoft Outlook is a wonderful time management tool. It has the ability to manage your business and personal email in one place. Outlook provides the tools to manage several address books. Contacts can be categorized in customized groups so that they are easily accessible for group emails, announcements and other types of communications.
Did you know?…”Multi-tasking involves interrupting one task with another. Multi-tasking makes a task take upwards of 50% longer based on the interruption and the recovery time which can be 10 to 20 times the length of the interruption.” ~Office Technology: Productivity Boost or Time Sink?
And…”A manager has an average of 8 interruptions per hour and that one hour of uninterrupted time can accomplish the same as 3-4 hours of interrupted time due to all the stop/starts and focus/refocus required.” ~American Management Association
Time vs. Goals Management, what is the difference? It is the results!
